Kanjana has been invloved in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. After having a sucessful career in Asia as manager and trainer for various 5 star hotels she opened her own restaurant in Bangkok.

After coming to the UK in 2000 Kanjana opened The first Thai Orchid Restaurant in Kings Lynn Norfolk.
