Tuanjit (Nick Name "Jim" left) and Yuttasak (Nick Name "Tu" right)

Jim and Tu are the owners and have been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. After having sucessful careers in Asia as managers and chefs they decided to move to the UK in 2002.

They initially started at the original Thai Orchid in St James street and when the restaurant moved to the new premises became the new owners.
